Field Sales & Community Outreach Associate – Part Time iFLEX Stretch Studios – East Cobb / Marietta, GA

iFLEX Stretch Studios East Cobb is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales & Community Outreach Associate to become one of the key people responsible for growing our local presence and generating new business.

This is NOT a front-desk or traditional retail sales position.

This is an on-the-ground sales role . You will be out in the East Cobb community meeting people, running pop-ups, attending events, developing local relationships, generating leads, booking appointments and creating opportunities that ultimately turn into iFLEX memberships.

We need someone who is comfortable going TO the customer rather than waiting for the customer to come to us.

Your Primary Mission

Get iFLEX in front of more people and turn those interactions into qualified leads, appointments and sales.

You will help create the pipeline that grows our studio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run iFLEX pop-ups at local businesses, fitness studios, wellness locations and community events

• Proactively approach and engage people at events — not wait behind a table

• Generate new, qualified leads from every activation

• Introduce potential clients to assisted stretching and create interest in trying iFLEX

• Book complimentary stretch appointments directly from conversations

• Follow up with prospects to move them from lead → appointment → membership
  
  
• Support membership sales and help close interested prospects

• Visit businesses throughout the community to introduce iFLEX and develop new relationships

• Help identify and secure future pop-up and partnership opportunities

• Build relationships with gyms, fitness studios, wellness providers, schools, community organizations and local businesses

• Attend networking and community events representing iFLEX

• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activity

• Report measurable results from every outreach activity

This Role Is Highly Results-Focused

We aren't measuring success by how many events you attend or how many flyers you hand out.

We measure:

People Engaged → Leads Generated → Appointments Booked → Membership Sales

Every pop-up should have a purpose and a measurable outcome.

You are someone who:

• Has big energy and genuinely enjoys meeting new people

• Isn't afraid to walk up to strangers and start conversations

• Can comfortably work a room, event, gym or busy community location

• Is persuasive, confident and comfortable asking for the next step

• Doesn't get discouraged when someone says "no"

• Can turn casual conversations into genuine sales opportunities

• Is competitive and motivated by goals

• Takes ownership of results

• Doesn't need to be constantly supervised

• Is creative and willing to find opportunities instead of waiting for them

• Has reliable transportation

• Can work a flexible schedule including some mornings, evenings and weekends based on events

Experience in field sales, outside sales, lead generation, membership sales, fitness/wellness sales, event sales, grassroots marketing, canvassing or business development is strongly preferred.

This Role May NOT Be for You If...

If you're looking primarily for a front-desk position, administrative work, or a job where customers come to you, this probably isn't the right fit.

This position requires someone who can create opportunities from scratch.

If 100 people walk through an event, we want the person thinking:

"How many people can I talk to, how many leads can I capture, and how many appointments can I book?"
