Regional Recruiter

Regional Recruiting SpecialistA Regional Recruiting Specialist will partner with stakeholders to drive the hourly hiring process. This includes creating and posting jobs, holding strategy sessions, finding and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and processing offers and background checks. To be successful in this role will require a strong sense of urgency, strong organization skills, and knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting, and Outlook. Experience in Workday and Phenom is helpful but not required.Primary ResponsibilitiesAchieve hiring goals for assigned territory.Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Crafting and sending recruiting emails.Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Develop talent pipelines for hiring needs.Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.Promote our employer brand online and offline.Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders to find and hire hourly talent for openings.Responsible for posting open positions as needed according to Recruiter specifications, including internally through the HR System, WorkDay and to job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).Source candidates proactively through networks, job boards, internal databases, and community organizationsArrange candidate phone screens according to candidate and interviewer availability.Coordinate on-site candidate interviews.Ensure that candidates have seamless, positive on-site experience.SkillsProven work experience in recruitment or similar roleHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)Solid verbal and written communication skillsAbility to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidatesEffective time-management abilitiesPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
