Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Recruiter in MORRISVILLE NC This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as Recruiter while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 05:00 Pm.
We're open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow in this field.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent engagement
Utilize recruiting metrics and pipeline data to improve hiring results
Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified talent to hiring teams
Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the ATS
Support recruiting initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts
1 to 3 years of experience as talent acquisition.
~ Bachelor's degree in business, Human resources or related field, relevant experience on the field can be consider as well.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. To be considered, please follow the steps included upon your application. Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
