Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking two Heavy Equipment Operators to support a large-scale data center construction project. Candidates will primarily operate excavators (track hoes) and skid steers while assisting with ongoing site civil work and concrete demolition activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators/track hoes and skid steers safely and efficiently.
- Perform site civil construction activities, including grading, trenching, excavation, and material movement.
- Assist with concrete demolition and site preparation work.
- Follow site safety requirements and project-specific procedures.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Support crews as needed to keep production on schedule.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years experience operating excavators (track hoes) and skid steers on commercial or industrial construction sites.
- Site civil construction experience required.
- Concrete demolition experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong safety mindset and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to start mid-week.

Work Environment
Location: Windsor, CO. Duration: Through the end of the month with potential extension based on project needs. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:30/6:00 PM, offering over 60 hours per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
