Sales Account Executive

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic, high-productivity Sales Account Executive to join our team. If you are a self-starter who thrives in an outside sales environment, this is the ideal opportunity for you. This role focuses strictly on driving revenue by pursuing new business opportunities in the portable sanitation, luxury restroom trailers, and temporary fencing sectors, while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Customers include construction, events, municipalities, residential, and more!

*Key Responsibilities (The "Hunter" Role)*

● *New Business Development:* Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Southeast Michigan area.

● *Prospecting & Cold Calling:* Execute cold calls and visits to potential customers to establish new accounts and generate leads. This is a hands-on, outside sales role requiring high activity levels.

● *Networking:* Attend industry-related events, chamber meetings, and local events to network and actively promote our services.

● *Account Management:* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

● *Strategic Collaboration:* Collaborate with event planners and organizers to provide sanitation solutions for private parties and community events.

● *Customer Management:* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, lead generation, and pipeline.

*Qualifications*

● *Experience:* Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the construction or services industry.

● *Self-Driven:* We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must be comfortable and productive in managing your own schedule to meet objectives.

● *Communication:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

● *Technical Skills:* Familiarity with sales reporting and general business tools
