To accelerate our international growth within the exterior market, we are looking for an Exterior Industrial Solution Manager. In this strategic international role, you will become the trusted partner for industrial customers, helping them develop certified exterior wood solutions that combine performance, sustainability and compliance. Why this role matters The exterior timber industry is evolving rapidly. Fire-retardant systems, certified façade solutions and industrial finishing processes are becoming increasingly important. You will help position Rubio Monocoat as the preferred industrial partner within this ecosystem while contributing directly to our international growth ambitions. What will you do? You combine strategic business development, technical advisory and long-term relationship management. Rather than simply selling products, you work alongside industrial partners to create solutions that become part of certified exterior cladding systems. Develop industrial sales activities within your assigned region. Acquire new industrial accounts while growing existing partnerships. Build relationships with industrial wood coaters, façade manufacturers, fire-retardant specialists and project suppliers. Identify new market opportunities and specification projects. Collaborate closely with technical, specification and commercial colleagues across the organisation. Your commercial impact Success is measured by sustainable business growth. Win at least two new industrial accounts each year; or Deliver equivalent growth within existing industrial customers; Generate approximately €600,000 in additional annual turnover. Who will you work with? You will work across the complete exterior timber value chain, partnering with organisations that influence tomorrow's construction projects. Industrial coating companies operating one or multiple coating lines. Manufacturers of certified exterior cladding systems. Fire-retardant impregnation specialists. Cladding distributors and project suppliers. Sawmills active in the exterior market. You strengthen Rubio Monocoat's technical position within certified exterior systems and actively contribute to our long-term market development. Support the integration of Rubio Monocoat products into certification families and approved system structures. Advise industrial partners on compliant coating systems and fire-retardant requirements. Share technical expertise and build confidence throughout complex industrial sales processes. Create opportunities that generate sustainable business beyond your own region. Who are you? You are entrepreneurial by nature. You enjoy opening doors, building lasting relationships and solving complex customer challenges. You are equally comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineers as you are negotiating commercial opportunities with business leaders. Affinity with wood, coatings, façades or building materials. Strong consultative selling skills. Experience managing technically complex sales cycles. International mindset and willingness to travel. Experience with exterior coatings, fire-retardant systems or industrial finishing is a strong advantage. What do we offer you?
