You will be responsible for managing talent, growing the team to support business needs, while performing technical or programatic leadership tasks. Your responsibilities will include:- Performing dual roles as functional leader of a group of engineers and as an experienced engineer leading a project or performing technical tasks supporting the ASA&V organization.- Managing talent, including staffing planning, knowledge sharing, career development, performance reviews, training, and recruiting.- Building relationships with team members, direct reports, and stakeholders.- Supporting development of tools supporting F-35 data analysis activities.**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**EngineeringAeronauticsBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (such as Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics) or equivalent experience and combined education that demonstrates a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.- Team leadership experience.- Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process.- Experience with the Agile process (scrum master, product owner, and/or Jira).- Software development experience.- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
