What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care to neonates in a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists in a well-established team
• Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care for neonatal patients
• Cover neonatal and newborn nursery shifts20 hours per day of coverage in the NICU
• Assist with care of neonates requiring intensive support, including stabilization and monitoring
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in care planning and family support activities

What You Need

• Current NC Licensure and board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a NICU setting as an NNP
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and family-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
