Job Description

Join Nidec America as an Applications Engineer supporting one of our group companies. In this customer-facing role, you'll provide hands-on technical support, guide product installations and configurations, and partner with sales and engineering to influence new features and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Support customers during installation, integration, and configuration
• Customize products based on technical requirements
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to translate customer needs into solutions
• Lead customer trainings and workshops
• Document feedback to drive product improvements
• Represent the product in demos, meetings, and trade shows

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
• 5+ years of applications, technical support, or engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

$100,000-$120,000
