The Courageous Care Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments for clients by gathering relevant information about their backgrounds and current situations through phone calls and virtual meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring clients have immediate access to support in moments of need.
\n
• Facilitate the development of individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and service participation that promotes mental health resilience and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare detailed reports for each case, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Act as a liaison by contacting and making referrals to additional resources and agencies that may benefit clients, such as housing support, legal services, or substance abuse treatment programs.

• Participate actively in individual and group supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and address complex client situations.

• Monitor and document signs of child abuse or other risk factors as mandated by law and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience as a clinical social worker, ideally in an outpatient or community health setting.

• Ability to develop effective treatment plans and adapt them as necessary based on clients’ progress and changing needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
