This position is remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to fulfill your responsibilities from the comfort of your home. As a full-time employee, you will adhere to a structured schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gather relevant case information and identify their needs.

• Provide support and guidance through telephone and face-to-face consultations, assisting clients in accessing necessary services and resources.

• Engage clients in empowering activities that promote growth and healing.
\n
• Document all interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies during urgent situations to ensure client safety and support.

• Identify and report signs of child abuse or neglect promptly as part of your ethical responsibility.

• Collaborate effectively with other agencies and healthcare providers for appropriate referrals and multi-disciplinary support.

• Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings to stay aligned with best practices and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients who are experiencing acute and chronic stressors. This includes children affected by neglect and abuse, adults experiencing domestic violence, and families grappling with substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Joining our team comes with competitive compensation, including a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
