Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to gather relevant information related to their circumstances, helping to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Provide compassionate support to clients via telephone and in-person sessions, listening actively and offering guidance in navigating their challenges.

• Engage clients in beneficial activities and programs tailored to improve their mental health, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare comprehensive reports that detail client progress and interventions.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry best practices and enhance service delivery.

• Monitor and identify signs of child abuse or potential crises, intervening appropriately to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Make timely referrals to external agencies and services as necessary, connecting clients with additional resources for their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on supporting vulnerable populations grappling with social and mental health issues. You will serve clients affected by domestic violence, childhood trauma, substance abuse, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required to effectively evaluate and treat clients.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, along with opportunities for monthly productivity bonuses.
