Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that they are tailored to each child’s unique developmental goals.

• Monitoring outcomes and documenting progress as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic child development.

• Providing evidence-based strategies and support to families to enhance their children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills.

• Developing rapport with children, families, and team members to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

• Utilizing the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to facilitate developmental learning.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays, helping them learn critical skills during the pivotal early years of life. You will collaborate closely with families to ensure that they receive the resources and guidance necessary to support their child’s development effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license.
\n
