Pharmacy Operations Lead — Optimize Workflow & Compliance

This full-time role focuses on staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality to ensure safe, efficient pharmacy service. You will drive KPIs, manage inventory and vendor relations, coach staff, and partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards while advancing process and technology improvements.
