Pharmacy Operations Lead — Optimize Workflow & Compliance

Rx Here in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead to oversee daily operations across both sites. This full-time role focuses on staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality to ensure safe, efficient pharmacy service. You will drive KPIs, manage inventory and vendor relations, coach staff, and partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards while advancing process and technology improvements.
