Bilingual Community Manager for Multifamily & Tax Credit

Atlantic Housing is seeking a Bilingual Community Manager for Waters at Elm Creek Apartments in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will manage multifamily properties, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with federal regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to prepare reports, and experience in budget management. The ideal applicant has a minimum of three years in multifamily management, preferably with Tax Credit communities. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are required.
