Role Description
The Chief of Staff to the Data Center Construction leadership team within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a strategic operations and execution partner responsible for helping drive alignment, operating discipline, and visibility across OCI's global data center construction portfolio.
- This role supports the planning, governance, communications, and execution rhythms required to deliver data center capacity at scale.
- The individual will work closely with leaders across:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Commissioning
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- Operations
- PMO
- Regional Delivery Teams
- Improve coordination, track priorities, surface risks, and enable faster decision-making.
We are seeking candidates with experience in:
- Data centers
- Infrastructure delivery
- Construction management
- Program management
- Strategic operations
- Consulting
The ideal candidate is:
- Highly organized
- Analytical
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Able to translate complex information into clear executive-ready materials
Remote, work from home. Some travel may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure delivery, construction management, program management, strategic operations, or consulting.
