Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research, cold calling, and networking to find potential clients. Prospecting: Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to qualify interest. Market Research: Analyze trends and customer needs to inform outreach efforts. Building Relationships: Establish rapport with prospects and communicate company value. Pipeline Management: Track and update leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Appointments/Demos: Schedule meetings or estimates for senior sales teams. Collaboration: Work with sales teams to transition qualified leads for follow‑up. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of company offerings. Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and improve sales techniques. Weekly Action Plan Monday: Plan and update pipeline, set weekly goals, and conduct research. Tuesday: Focus on cold calling, emails, and social media outreach. Wednesday: Qualify leads, follow‑up, and schedule meetings. Thursday: Nurture relationships with cold or ongoing leads.
