Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health status, strengths, resources, and needs.

• Deliver one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and supportive interventions based on clients’ unique circumstances.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to effectively support clients during critical times.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster a sense of community and shared learning among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
