Sr. Configuration Management Engineer

Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software baselines. Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented. Interface with Hardware/Software Leads, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance to achieve program objectives in accordance with the program schedule. Control software and hardware changes. Perform Data Management tasks, including formatting and delivering C‑DRLs, and act as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA). Manage agendas and minutes for various change boards. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple competing priorities and delivering accurate, high‑quality results. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, customers, and/or external partners. Ability to collaborate in a team‑based environment and effectively partner with stakeholders and leadership at multiple levels of the organization. Desired Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Experience creating software builds, associated documentation, tracking variances, and generating monthly metrics. Proficiency in controlling software/hardware changes. Hands‑on experience interfacing with Hardware/Software Leads, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance. Knowledge of EPDM/PDM systems. Additional Requirements Must hold a U.S. Citizen status and be eligible for a government security clearance. Clearance level required: TS/SCI.
