Your Responsibilities as a Construction Superintendent Lead and supervise field crews daily. Keep projects on schedule and production goals on track. Enforce safety standards with zero shortcuts. Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Solve jobsite issues before they become costly problems. Qualifications 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC. Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites. Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check. Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable). Overnight travel may be required.
