Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager (Hybrid)
Marin County, California | Hybrid Schedule - Up to $175,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits
A highly respected boutique CPA firm in Marin County is seeking a talented Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. What You’ll Do
- Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and closely held businesses
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse and sophisticated client base across California, the U.S., and internationally
- Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services
- Mentor and develop junior tax professionals
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client growth opportunities
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA or EA designation required
- Strong technical tax knowledge and client-facing communication skills
- Experience reviewing returns and managing engagements
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment
- Leadership mindset with interest in long-term growth and advancement
