Electronics Assembler - Join Our Innovative Manufacturing Team

EIT (Electronic Instrumentation & Technology) - Zollner is seeking an Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic team in Danville, VA! As a leading Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services, we serve prestigious customers across Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense, and Healthcare sectors. As an Electronics Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in creating the electronic components that power critical technologies across multiple industries. You'll be responsible for the essential first steps of PCB (printed circuit board) assembly, including:

• Preparing and handling high-tech components and PCBs with precision
• Expertly placing components on bare or partially populated PCBs
• Contributing to the production of cutting-edge electronic systems used in aerospace, defense, healthcare, and more
• Working in a collaborative, quality-focused environment with state-of-the-art equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of soldering certified experience preferred (but not required - we value enthusiasm to learn!)
• Eagerness to develop soldering skills if you're new to electronics manufacturing
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision
• Strong teamwork skills while also being comfortable working independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Outstanding eye-hand coordination for precise component placement
• Interest in learning and applying ISO quality processes
