Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM): Required
AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification: Required
At least two years recent experience in the field
Experience with EMR system (EPIC): Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards.
Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
Analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
Develop and implement care plans and evaluate progress towards outcomes.
Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
