We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group serving communities across Brooklyn and greater NYC. • Multi-site outpatient network across Brooklyn

• Locations may include: Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, East Flatbush

• Team-based model with MDs, NPs, PAs, and specialists
\n
• Integrated services including diagnostics, imaging, and specialty care
\n
• Centralized administrative and clinical support
\n

• Diverse NYC patient base
\n
• Adults and geriatric patients (some pediatrics depending on site)
\n
• Mix of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
\n
• Emphasis on preventive care and long-term patient management
\n

• Base Salary: $210,000 – $250,000
\n
• Productivity bonus potential (RVU/collections-based)
\n

• Earning potential up to ~$300K+ with productivity
