About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee the multi-service accounts in the Midwest region. The VPO will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and client retention. This leadership role requires the individual to galvanize a team under a common growth and operations platform, ensure the delivery of operational excellence, and identify innovative solutions to meet client needs. The successful candidate will be accountable for all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and maintain the overall strategy for operations. Candidates for the VPO position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven leader with a strong background in managing client relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to inspire change and implement new business processes. The VPO will be expected to lead a highly productive team, maintain close working relationships with functional area partners, and have a strong business acumen to support the achievement of business and systems goals. The ideal candidate will have a balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues, be adept at managing multiple projects, and have a track record of selecting top talent and fostering a productive, innovative work environment.
