Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and health goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless communication throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain detailed patient records through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Utilize independent judgment to apply evidence-based modalities and exercise techniques during therapy sessions.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust care plans based on outcomes.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding physical therapy practices, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily focuses on individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
