Work Environment

As part of our onsite Rehabilitation Center, you will work in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere dedicated to patient-centered care. Our facility is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technologies, supporting a wide range of rehabilitation techniques. You will work regular hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance as you focus on delivering the best therapeutic outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient goals, needs, and limitations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities to enhance patient progress.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at reducing dependence on medication and surgical alternatives while maximizing functional mobility.
• M Monitor patient progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Encourage lifestyle changes and health education to promote improved overall fitness, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Document treatment outcomes and maintain accurate records in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care across all patient journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation, encompassing a variety of conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your ability to build rapport and trust with patients will be essential as they navigate their recovery process, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their journey towards improved health.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, particularly in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques and demonstrated competency in developing and executing individualized exercise protocols.
