Work Environment

This full-time position primarily operates in a home care setting, allowing you to provide therapy in a comfortable environment familiar to the patient. You'll work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional abilities, identifying mobility limitations and pain points to construct individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and orthopedic manual techniques to aid in pain management and enhance overall physical functioning.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress, ensuring optimal care outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment strategies for each patient.
• Instruct and educate patients and their families on effective therapeutic exercises, home exercise strategies, and preventive measures to maintain wellness beyond therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment protocols, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

The population served includes a diverse range of orthopedic cases, from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management. Our patients are individuals seeking relief from musculoskeletal discomfort, and your expertise in physical therapy will be pivotal in aiding their recovery journey. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution is essential.
• A valid and active Physical Therapy License in New Jersey.
• Strong foundational knowledge obtained through 2-3 years of clinical experience, particularly within orthopedic or outpatient settings.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering therapeutic relationships and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience

Experience with evidence-based practice and familiarity with technologies and methodologies used in manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises is preferred. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the generous compensation, our benefits package includes:
