Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy services, focusing on patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation tailored for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs, goals, and medical history to promote effective rehabilitation.
• Deploy evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to enhance recovery outcomes, ensuring all modalities are up-to-date with current best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapy specialists to provide cohesive and effective care for our patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy is essential.
• A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Less than two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
