Resilience Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Work Environment

This role is situated in Cherry Hill, NJ, with a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing significantly to patient health and rehabilitation. Working in a home care facility, you will engage with clients in their own environments, fostering a more personalized experience that can enhance recovery and treatment adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's musculoskeletal condition, identifying specific limitations and establishing tailored therapy goals.
• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans, adapting strategies based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback to ensure optimal recovery and mobility.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress, allowing for timely modifications to treatment plans as necessary to support continual improvement.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to design comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of patient health.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, effective rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques to encourage proactive participation in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and degenerative joint disorders. You will be instrumental in helping diverse patient demographics, ranging from active athletes to seniors, navigate their recovery processes, ensuring each individual receives customized care that aligns with their personal goals and physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, demonstrating compliance with ongoing professional standards and practice guidelines.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy with a focus on managing and treating orthopedic conditions.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic assessments, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive and trusting client-therapist relationship.

Preferred Experience

While the essential qualifications include the aforementioned educational and professional requirements, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques and modalities (such as dry needling or sports therapy) will be viewed favorably. Previous experience in a home care setting is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Resilience Physical Therapy offers an attractive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
