Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, strengths, and limitations, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and various modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making data-informed adjustments to treatment regimens as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and effective lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and wellness.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy, integrating new techniques and research findings into your practice to continually enhance care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
