Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities while continuously monitoring and documenting patient progress.
• Integrate the latest evidence-based practices and innovations in physical therapy into your treatment approaches, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their overall wellness outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
