Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Professional Assistant (LPA) for a temporary assignment supporting our client, a Greenville, South Carolina-based law firm. Our client is seeking a Legal Professional Assistant to provide critical litigation support during an active trial period. This fully onsite assignment is expected to last a minimum of 30 days and may continue for up to 90 days. Responsibilities Provide administrative and litigation support to an attorney preparing for and participating in trial. Assist with case management, document organization, and trial-related materials. Support Professional Negligence and Product Liability matters, including medical malpractice cases. Manage and maintain legal files, pleadings, correspondence, and case documentation. Coordinate deadlines and assist with litigation workflow in a fast-paced legal environment. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case support. Qualifications Litigation experience is required. Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation and trial proceedings is required. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage confidential information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal support software. Schedule Monday through Friday Standard business hours.
