• Schedule: Ongoing contract starting 6/1/26. Includes scheduled dates at Ephrata Endo Center (7a-3:30p) and call coverage for inpatient rounding, ED support, and procedures. Specific dates include: June 1, 30; July 1, 6, 10, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28; Aug 3, 5, 24, 31; Sep 1, 2, 21, 22; Oct 2; Nov ; Dec
• Job Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center and Hospital (130 beds)
• Types of Cases: General GI including outpatient procedures, inpatient rounding, consults, and inpatient procedures. Average 10 patients per day (12 inpatients, 2-4 consults, 6 outpatient procedures, 0-1 add-on procedure per day). Patient population 18+. EMR: EPIC. No APP support in hospital
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges available with clean file. LT must be fully cleared 2 business days before start. Requires PA license or IMLC LOQ to submit. Credentialing window: 90 days for PA licensed providers, 120 days for non-licensed providers

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC or BE in Gastroenterology
• Certifications: Licensed GI
• Licensure: PA license or IMLC LOQ. DEA with PA address required. Candidate must be able to work independently at the hospital
