Medical Procedures Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Procedures Manager to join our healthcare team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and management of medical procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote the highest quality of patient care. Texas Back Relief, a rapidly growing brand specializing in Back Pain Treatment serving the whole state of Texas, is looking for a “Procedures Manager”. Responsibilities Entering patients' visit time, procedures performed to patient in our Monday CRM. Calling patients to remind them about their future appointments and reschedule when needed. Be in contact with the Front Desk team to solve situations with patients when needed. Reporting daily over our chat groupon the current status of patients and asking for help when needed. Reporting to the CMO results obtained and uploading them to Monday CRM for him to analyze your KPIs. Qualifications Past experience working in front desk at a clinic is desirable. Decent with numbers and math comprehension.
