Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address specific family and communication issues.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, ensuring both partners have the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings, while also meeting with individuals as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of issues including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, separation and divorce, and stress management.

• Foster open communication among family members, guiding them through conflicts and providing tools for effective dialogue.
\n
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt therapeutic strategies accordingly, ensuring that care is patient-centered and goal-oriented.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including participating in peer consultations and staff meetings to share insights and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including couples and families dealing with complex relational dynamics. You will engage with patients facing challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
