Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support to clients addressing various issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and grief.

• Develop comprehensive, client-driven treatment plans tailored to individual needs and personal values.

• Create a therapeutic environment that promotes trust, safety, and cooperation among clients and within the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to support clients in their treatment goals, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, case managers, and support staff, to ensure holistic care.

• Respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your expertise in specialty areas of interest, such as adolescent therapy, couples counseling, or trauma-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse clients from varying backgrounds and life experiences. You will help individuals and families develop practical skills and strategies to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and work through emotional pain. With an emphasis on creating long-lasting, meaningful change, you will guide clients towards achieving their personal and relational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Exceptional clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills to inform your therapeutic practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster connections with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and willingness to adapt to new digital platforms as necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting with a demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload.

• Experience in collaborative treatment environments preferred, where care is coordinated among multiple providers.

• Specialized training in trauma, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family systems therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
