We are currently on the lookout for a Part-time Associate Dentist to become a vital part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will be tasked with delivering dental services to patients, supported by your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (varies by location) Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults Availability to work on Fridays and Saturdays This Opportunity Provides: Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration What We Offer: A guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections No lab fees Continuing education opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
