Principal AI Engineer Experience: 6+ years Lead GenAI strategy and architecture, scaling both applications and the underlying platform. Work on big‑data, Azure, and real‑world analytics solutions with an innovative team. Senior Manager / Director – Marketing Analytics (CPG) Experience: 10‑15 years Lead data‑led marketing strategies, leveraging AI and analytics to optimize performance and drive business growth for global CPG brands. Act as a key member of the data consulting team and build seamless data pipelines for impactful analytics. Data Architect / Data Engineer Experience: 6+ years Craft scalable data systems and contribute to a collaborative and innovative workspace at Aays. Full‑Stack Developer Experience: 1‑4 years Act as a key member of the R&D team developing the enterprise analytics product in a collaborative environment.
