Global Manufacturing Project Manager Location: Florham Park, NJ Pay Range: $74/hr plus OT, benefits Job Type: Temporary, Full Time Responsibilities Lead large-scale, complex manufacturing transformation projects across North and South America. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, EHS, Finance, and Regulatory to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management. Establish governance structures, including steering committees and executive reviews, to monitor project progress and elevate issues. Drive change management initiatives and maintain operational readiness during transitions and site moves. Qualifications Proven success managing high-stakes manufacturing projects in multinational environments. Strong governance and disciplined project execution skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage competing priorities. Ideally looking for someone that is bilingual in English/Spanish with an MBA.
