Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily workplace operations at a professional facility in Rancho Cordova, CA . This contract-to-hire role focuses on delivering a welcoming, professional experience for employees and visitors while coordinating a variety of workplace services, including conference rooms, office moves, facilities requests, supplies, and events.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with administrative and facilities coordination, responding to changing priorities, and helping ensure the workplace operates smoothly. Schedule isMonday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, direct inquiries, and issue visitor and parking passes while following established security procedures.
• Coordinate conference room reservations, meeting support, and onsite events, including arranging spaces, setting up rooms, and delivering supplies.
• Assist with office moves, workplace supplies, and general employee requests.
• Coordinate facilities requests and manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
• Support workplace services, including mail, office supplies, and employee onboarding activities.
• Respond to questions and concerns from employees, guests, and coworkers, providing timely and customer-focused assistance.
• Coordinate with vendors providing services or materials to the facility.
• Help arrange dining, recreational, and business activities as requested.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area and help ensure workplace spaces are ready for use.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and team members while following established processes and management direction.
• Adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple workplace responsibilities throughout the day.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Up to 4 years of job-related experience; 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred .
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow established procedures while managing routine workplace needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability when handling competing priorities and a variety of responsibilities.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to workplace support.

Pay is $28-$30.75/hr based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.
