Employee Benefits Account Lead - Growth & Compliance

USI Insurance Services is looking for an EB Account Manager to be the primary contact for managing employee benefits accounts. The role involves educating clients on compliance, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of services to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in employee benefits, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Life and Disability insurance license is required or must be obtained within 4 months.
