Coding Educator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To enhance the education of providers and support staff, the full-time Coding Educator located in Jacksonville or Northeast Florida will deliver training through various mediums, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and fostering relationships across clinical and clerical teams. Key responsibilities Facilitate coding and billing education and training sessions using diverse methods, including onsite and virtual platforms Develop training curriculums, handbooks, and resource materials to support coding compliance and documentation guidelines Conduct research on coding-related issues and provide tailored support to management and internal teams Required qualifications Experience in coding education or training within a healthcare setting Knowledge of federal, state, and county coding regulations and guidelines Proficiency in using industry-based applications related to coding and billing Ability to deliver content effectively to various audiences Experience in developing educational materials and curriculums
