Parts Warehouse AssociateThe Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, checking, storing and pulling parts while preparing and processing various documents and computer entries related to shipping, receiving and inventory controls.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Utilize the business system to process receipt transactions on all received partsDeliver parts and documentation to service department personnel or places in the "will call" holding areaMatch and file packing slip and purchase order documentationEnsure all miscellaneous vendor receipts are matched to a "Purchase Order" and filed in the current vendor fileLocate parts for inventory stocking in correct warehouse locations or assigns new locations when requiredRestock display shelves with various productsAssist customers by retrieving parts from "will call" and moving them to the customers vehicleOffload delivery trucks utilizing diesel or propane operated forkliftsUtilize the business systems to process inquiries to access product part number information and assign or change warehouse locationsAssist in maintaining a neat and clean work environment, warehouse and product display areaEducation, Skills and Knowledge Required:Must be organized and possess excellent time management skillsMust be accurate with information and reportingMust be able to handle multiple tasksMust be able to lift 50 lbsTruck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star is one of the largest Freightliner Western Star dealership groups in the U.S. today, serving customers at locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
