desiring to become an Paramedic team member at CHT shall meet the following requirements :/liliMinimum Eligibility Requirements/liliMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age./liliMaintain a driver rating of Acceptable or higher, as outlined in the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) guideline (203.01.01.01)./liliMaintain a Quality Assurance Status of Acceptable or Clear as outlined in the Quality Assurance (QA) Status guideline (203.01.01.01)./liliMust not have any pending criminal charges that, if convicted, would prohibit employment or membership in the organization, or otherwise compromise the integrity or image of Centralus Health Ambulance./liliTraining and Professional Readiness Requirements/liliSuccessfully complete an initial Member Training Program and probationary period./liliSuccessfully engage in continual Member Training and Annual Requalification as outlined in the Member Training and Annual Requalification guideline (205.01.01.04) for the level of service being provided to the community./liliMeet minimum hourly or shift requirements either on a monthly or quarterly basis as set forth by the Chief./liliCommunication and Cognitive
