About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate/Vice President AI Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the application of advanced AI technologies to improve investment strategies. This role involves the design and implementation of AI, ML, and LLM-driven models, tools, workflows, and agents, as well as the development and integration of AI features into various products. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field, be proficient in Python programming, and have hands-on experience with relevant frameworks and APIs. While not mandatory, a background in financial services or hedge funds is preferred, and a Master's or Ph.D. in AI or computer science is a bonus. Key responsibilities for the Associate/Vice President AI Engineer include the implementation of retrieval augmented generation, MCPs, and internal integrations with databases and APIs, as well as research, prototyping, and deployment of AI applications. The role also requires engagement with domain experts to identify and execute high-value AI use cases.
