MRI Technologist
CARIN Alliance
Role MRI Technologist responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging exams to assist in diagnosis. Key Duties Prepare and position patients, select appropriate software parameters, inject contrast media, perform safety screenings, and input data into RIS and PACS systems. Maintain equipment, supplies, and exam rooms, conduct quality assurance testing, and ensure adherence to infection control protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiography or ARM RIT program BLS certification experience with PACS and digital technology knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred Skills Strong communication, multitasking, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle diverse patient populations, read instructions effectively, and prioritize tasks. Additional Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and instruction to students, participate in quality, safety, and compliance initiatives, and perform other related duties as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
