Mooring Disaster Restoration and Commercial Construction Mooring is a 3rd generation, family-owned Disaster Restoration company with a Commercial Construction division. We're professionals working for professionals in major industries coast-to-coast, minimizing business downtime for our clients with transparent, efficient, and effective methods of mitigation and reconstruction. - Strategically execute sales and marketing initiatives based on market research and target accounts
- Proactively identify, pursue, and expand opportunities within assigned verticals
- Represent Mooring at trade shows, industry events, and client-facing meetings
- Collaborate with marketing on sales collateral, promotions, and client events
- Maintain accurate daily CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
- Track industry trends, competitive activity, and market intelligence
- Secure new Master Service Agreements and expand existing client relationships
- Partner closely with leadership to deliver solutions aligned to client needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of proven B2B or external field sales experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling into insurance, commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, or risk-related industries
- Understanding of project flow, risk mitigation, and commercial construction or restoration practices
- Familiarity with EPC, public sector, or environmental health & safety concepts
