Position Overview Staxmatic is seeking a detail‑oriented Safety Coordinator to support our safety program across large‑scale commercial construction projects. This role provides day‑to‑day administrative and field support to the Corporate Safety Manager, reinforcing safety requirements and regulations with onsite crews, conducting trainings as needed, and tracking safety reporting across job sites. This position is based in our corporate office, with travel to project sites required as needed to support field teams and verify program implementation. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: up to $85,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay Frequency: Weekly Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance HSA with $700 annual company match 401(k) with 4% company match Hospital and Identity Theft coverage Voluntary Short‑Term Disability, Life, and Accident coverage Company‑paid Basic Life, AD&D, and Long‑Term Disability insurance Pay Card option and online pay stub access Company‑provided PPE, iPhone, and iPad 24/7 office and field support Continuing education and professional development support Key Responsibilities Support the Corporate Safety Manager with day‑to‑day safety functions Develop and implement safety training programs for both Staxmatic employees and subcontractors Conduct site visits to support field teams and verify program implementation Manage and maintain safety data and documentation within Procore, including templates, forms, and reports Maintain and update safety records, inspection logs, training records, incident reports, and corrective action logs Track subcontractor safety compliance documentation, certifications, and onboarding requirements Assist with compiling safety metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement documentation Create and update toolbox talk content for field distribution Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction safety, safety administration, or a related field Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Learn More #J-18808-Ljbffr Staxmatic
