Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Hammond, LA, responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations. This role manages staffing levels, hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and a positive work environment. The General Manager leads the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain food quality and safety standards, and uphold cleanliness and visual standards throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities include managing P&L performance, budgeting, inventory control, and cash handling to achieve sales, profitability, and cost-control targets. The General Manager also monitors customer satisfaction, addresses guest concerns, implements company initiatives, and develops team members for future leadership roles. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in P&L Management and Budgeting to drive sales, manage costs, and meet profitability goals. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience maintaining brand standards and resolving guest issues. Experience in Hiring, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members. Previous restaurant or retail management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast food. Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a diverse team accountable. Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic financial and computer literacy, including use of POS systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
